v2.0 — current release
Added
- Faults are now measured across machines: we see how many are hitting the same problem and fix that one first.
- Diagnostics can be turned off in one click under Settings > Privacy; what is sent is written in the agreement.
Fixes
- Balance mode is part of Game Mode; efficiency mode now decides itself from your processor.
- Link speed was read wrongly on machines with extra network adapters.
- Tick boxes sit level with their labels; the alignment is measured on every page.
- The agreement text no longer scrolls with a lag.
v1.9
Added
- The repair page now has 60 cards; it can return a machine changed by another tool to Windows' defaults.
- The measurement page was reworked: stutter count, confidence interval and CPU/GPU limit are reported separately.
- A measurement records which engines were running; if a setting changed mid-run, the result says so.
- When a new version is out, a dot appears beside the version badge; the notes and the update are there.
- Core reservation understands the processor's real layout, including efficiency cores and cache islands.
- When core reservation cannot run it says why; it no longer silently does nothing.
- The automatic RAM cleaner runs on preset intervals; there is no minute box to fill in.
- When the agreement is updated you are asked once; declining no longer closes the app.
Fixes
- Periodic in-game stutters are gone; there were three separate causes and all three are closed.
- Overlays, frame counters, capture tools and mouse/keyboard software are left alone by every engine.
- When a restore point cannot be created the outcome is now verified rather than assumed.
- The app's own footprint is smaller: engines share one reading and needless scans are skipped in game.
- The stutter scan makes one pass instead of thirteen.
- Licence validation: the extra five-minute check is off while the live connection is up.
- Server probing no longer waits ten seconds per region on networks that block ICMP.
- Frame loss in the measurement tool is fixed; the capture buffer was a quarter of the default.
v1.8
Added
- The graphics card page was rewritten: a live monitoring strip and editable offset fields.
- Offset entries clamp to safe limits; where the driver's own limit is tighter, that one wins.
- The custom fan curve runs in the background while the app is open, not only on that page.
- The auto tuner gained thermal protection, a one-step rollback and a cancel button.
- Process priority and core balancing engines you switched on come back by themselves at start-up.
- The PawnIO driver is optional; without it CPU temperature and RAM timings stay empty.
- The left menu is grouped under six headings: General, Optimization, Hardware, Network, Tools, Account.
- Settings apply immediately; the Save button is gone.
Fixes
- The DNS test measures a real lookup: every query asks a unique name, so caches are not measured.
- Tweaks that wrote the same setting from two pages were merged; each tweak now lives in one place.
- The GPU clock on the home page looked frozen; it now reads from the same source as the card page.
- On the Logs page, Select All no longer ticks the windows.old folder, which cannot be removed.
- Start minimised cannot be clicked while Start with Windows is off.
- The Open and Quit rows in the tray menu no longer change colour on hover.
- Column alignment in the process manager is fixed; the search placeholder hides on focus.
- The green confirmation animation is a soft fade; clipped letter tails in the menu are fixed.
